• Can I use my Thermosleeve on different parts of my body?

  Yes. The Thermosleeve can be used as a compression sleeve and as a weighted heat or ice pack. You can wear it on your joints and muscles for 360° relief, or place it on a sore or aching body part such as the chest or back.

• Can I wear my Thermosleeve to sleep?

  We do not recommend wearing the Thermosleeve overnight or for several hours at a time, as this may cause the ThermoGel™ to dry out. Store the Thermosleeve in the pouch provided when not in use.

• How long does the Thermosleeve retain its coldness or heat?

  Each Thermosleeve is designed to retain its temperature for up to 10 minutes. This helps to maximize the product’s lifespan and prevents injury or burns to the skin.

• Can I leave the Thermosleeve in the freezer overnight?

  Yes. Thermosleeves contain ThermoGel™, a non-toxic, freezer-safe hydrogel that can be left in the freezer for long periods of time. Each sleeve takes about 2-3 hours to fully cool.

• How do I heat the thermosleeve?

  Heat for 20-40 seconds, depending on your preferred level of warmth. If necessary, heat for additional 10 second intervals until the Thermosleeve reaches your desired temperature. If your Thermosleeve was stored in the freezer, allow Thermosleeve to rest to room temperature before heating. Do not heat for more than a total of 40 seconds at a time. The Thermosleeve should not be scalding hot, but a comfortable warm temperature.

• How do I clean the Thermosleeve?

  The Thermosleeve is made of antimicrobial and odor-resistant materials for easy maintenance. Simply air your Thermosleeve in a dry and shady location after each use, and store it in the provided storage pouch between uses to prevent the ThermoGel™ from drying out in the freezer or in drier climates. If desired, you can also clean your Thermosleeve by wiping it down with a damp cloth.

• Is the Thermosleeve safe for children?

  Yes. The Thermosleeve is CE certified and each batch undergoes stringent quality checks to ensure it is non-toxic, leak-proof, and safe to use.

• What sizes does the Thermosleeve come in?

  The Thermosleeve comes in 3 sizes: small, medium and large. Thermosleeve can be worn on the arms, elbows, wrists, ankles, knees, calves and thighs. To determine the right size for you, measure the circumference of the relevant body part (full measurement instructions here). For circumferences of 8-10 in or 20-25 cm, choose small. For circumferences of 10-13 in or 25-33 cm, choose medium. For circumferences of 13-16 in or 33-40 cm, choose large. We recommend purchasing multiple Thermosleeves for different body parts so you can use them together at the same time.
